As the owner and CEO of a marketing firm, I am constantly seeking ways to make the workplace a valuable place for my employees to work. After all, a happy employee is a productive employee, right? Every quarter I schedule a meeting with the entire team. I ask them what they would like to see from the company and myself. As a group, I got one collective response: reduce health care cost.

I knew this would be a great tool for my employees, and for myself. The idea of being able to see my visual transformation over time is exciting, and more motivating than ever.
